Hat Trick

I love hats. I fell for this Anthropologie beaded beanie, and knew I needed to make my own version.

 You can find beanies for less than $10 (I got mine at Target), and cheap/generic glass beads at craft stores. Customize these by using any color beanie and any size/color beads. The possibilities are endless!




1. String thread through needle (use a color that will blend with the beanie).
2. Pick a starting point, and pull needle through the beanie from the inside, tying a knot at end.
3. String a bead onto the needle and weave needle back through the beanie, tightening bead on.
4. Continue beading along in whatever pattern you like. When done, tie thread off inside beanie.
