I think wreaths instantly make a house look more cozy and inviting. I couldn't find one in stores that felt very "me", and I wasn't willing to spend more than $20 on some twigs, so I decided to make my own.
I started with a really simple base (from the $1 bin at Target!) and personalized it with items from the craft store. I'm excited to tweak it next month for Christmas.
1. Cut and pull out branches from your base wreath to make it look more natural and messy.
2. Start sticking in other twigs, branches, flowers and/or leaves. Get creative!
3. Add bird(s).
