Yesterday was Kevin's 29th birthday, and I had a small not-quite-midlife crisis on his behalf. Over grilled cheese and fries, I started frantically talking about how we're approaching 30 - questioning when we'll have kids, what we want to do with our lives, and panicking about our low income and small apartment.
Kevin told me to relax and laughed. That laugh reminded me that even though we may not have everything in place, we're figuring it out together and having fun doing it. Plus, he always lets me steal his last french fry so life is good. Love you, Kev.
