After breaking up with wearing earrings about a year ago, I think it's safe to announce that we're getting back together, and it's pretty serious. My first time around with super-short hair, I was all about them -- I loved the way big earrings looked in contrast to what was basically a buzz-cut. But, after I cut off my locks again, I just wasn't into the look. That is, until this past week. Now I can't get enough of them! Does that ever happen to you -- after forsaking a certain style or color, you wake up one day and find yourself enamored?
To balance out the boldness of these peacock feathers, I decided to keep things pretty neutral throughout the rest of my outfit. I've leaned pretty heavily on dark blues and browns thus far in this 30, so for my next few outfits I'm planning to get back to my colorful roots. Stay tuned!
