Thrifted dress & belt, Francesca's bag, Fossil watch, Jeffrey Campbell wedges
I recently donated a ton of clothes & shoes to Goodwill and then later went shopping there. It was a weird experience to see my stuff on the racks, and even weirder to see a girl in line purchasing a few of my items.
I wanted to scream "those are mine!", tell her about the memories I had wearing them, and point out that tiny ketchup stain that will.not.wash.out. Thankfully I caught myself and realized how creepy that would be. Much like fast food, nobody wants to know where their used clothes come from.
